Let's see, today is the start of my work shadowing at CDAC. So, I left my house quite early, well, but it so happens to be the rush hour where everyone is rushing to work and everything is rush rush rush. I had a hard time squeezing into the MRT. =.= So, I was still late, in fact, thirty minutes late. When I got there, the whole place was like deserted. Amazing. And I had thought I had come on a Sunday morning. Anyways, I managed to find my way to the office, through the help of a cleaning auntie. Well, if you see someone loitering around the place, whether they are cute or not, you are bound to get suspicious right. ;D So, I got there, safe and sound on the first day. Well, next is the allocated work we were told to do. Adminstrative work, where we are supposed to process the application forms of students applying for tuition. So, naturally, we spent the entire day sorting out the forms. =.= It's not so easy. It requires the utmost concentration and focus, the eye for all the minor details that might be slipped out, which of course, I don't think I have any of these qualities. And of course, we have to call those who did not fill in the application forms correctly. That's when I realised that my chinese has gotten suckier than ever. =.= I REALLY hate the phonecall part. I can't even translate the things properly and I was like " Eh, I don't know". Plus the people asked so many questions that I can't answer, I was like so tempted to tell them "Sorry, can you just answer my questions, and don't ask any questions." Nice. If CDAC receives a call complaining of poor phone services, I guess I won't be so surprised. It's a mundane job, I guess adminstrative work isn't exactly my field. I can't stand being stuck in the air-con office processing forms, handling calls.

Well, know what we did today? Guess a million times, you wouldn't even get it right. Today is the day we get in touch with our artistic side. We did something called the "Rangoli". It's an indian art where the Indians used it to. letsee, welcome the goddess of wealth and ward off evil. Seen those colourful designs on the floor before? Yup, and so today we are doing it. First, we started off with individual work where we got our own design each and then we put some coloured rice and sand onto the design we chose. Well, I took a really, pretty design. and guess what, I couldn't get anything onto the paper. ;D but I got my fingers coloured with the fine sand. So I gave up, you know, well, beginners should start with a really simple one right, I chose a really simple design and start getting to work. Then I poured too much rice out, and then I make another mess by mixing some coloured rice with another colour. So I spent most of the time separating the coloured rice from one another. I am not joking about it. =.= somehow, after this, I feel more like a chicken pecking at rice grains rather than an artist. well, we got groupwork, which wasn't bad since it was a group. so I just flattened and spread out the rice. :D then after that we played with the candles. ooh, I saw Noella dipping the petals in the candle, then the wax hardens onto the petals. So pretty, and it looks fun, so I followed suit,. Whoots, like those Meiji biscuits, you dipped the stick biscuit into the strawberry cream. haha. :D

I know I haven't been updating my blog properly, I have been pretty busy. Yarh, very busy. very very busy, extremely busy. Anyways, my promotion papers are finally over. Wait, it has been over for a long time. I even got the results back already. =.= ooops. Anyways, I think I did pretty decent enough. I passed all my H2 subjects, scrapping pass with an E. I passed my general paper too, and I got a sub-pass for my H1 chemistry. Not bad. I have been studying, yarh, really. *nods head vigorously*, But well, the main point today is my complain. Well, apparently, I had CIP on the 25 and 26 october I think. It was a saturday and sunday. nevermind. so my attention was caught by a decent looking guy. *fangirl screams* wow. really. so today, according to Zhiyu, his picture was on facebook. you know, like I don't have a facebook account. =.= if anybody dares to laugh, I will skewer that person. SOO, in my excitement, I actually went and create a facebook account. HAHAHAHA... =.= and i just wasted my time. apparently on closer look, he wasn't that good looking that I actually thought him to be. I think when I went for my CIP, I was really deprived of food and sleep and adequate rest plus my spectacles must be outdated, my degree must have went up and I don't know what else, maybe a bit deprived of good-looking guys too. Should I laugh at myself for making such a mistake, or should I wail because my taste just went down? yarh, and at this point, somebody, *clears throat* has to say the ultimate statement. well, apparently, some girl has to tell me she dreamt of talking to her eyecandy, then alot of things happen, then she dreamt of me [let me quote her]
"riding a mini tricycle that a three year old ride". wow. I think I gonna roll on the floor and cry soon. Really. tricycle of all things. =.= a bicycle sounds cooler.

know what's the day today? :D yesh, finally, i can get a breather again. whew, the weekend is here again for me to rest my battered and bruised mind. Oo, i sound like i just came back from a war. well, but i am darn sure war is not as tiring as school. for some reason, i see my homework piling up to be a mountain. ._. it just keeps coming in. i need more than twenty-four hours now.
AND, i lost my ez-link card. ._. i am so careless. i have been leaving my things all over the choa chu kang area. at the rate i am going, maybe tomorrow, i gonna drop my head right in the middle of the road and i won't even know i lost my head. darn, i need to be more careful.
great, i am just too tired to blog. huiqi is so lazy, tsk.

finally, it's friday!! And the long-awaited weekend is finally coming. :D i am so tired, actually, by the time wednesday was here, i was already half-dead, and even though i went to sleep like as early as like 9+pm, i could barely open my eyes when my alarm sounded. =.= i need to find some energy booster. hmm, maybe chocolates might help.
actually, nothing happened much during the week, except the fact i got crazy over the rally 3D game in my phone. i finally managed to unlock another car. and now i am going to unlock the last car. :D

*yawns*

yay =.= i am finally starting to link people to my blog, like finally. sorry it took such a looong time, but yarh, can you believe it. I just learnt how to link blogs today!! X) wow, right. actually, it just happens that i am lazy. three names, not bad for a start. =.= i don't know who else to link to, so i shall just leave it at that for the time being. anyways, i feel such a sense of achievement.
i was dismissed at 12.30pm today!!! hurry up people, turn green with envy. since my parents were not working today, and i reached home so early, i decided to go out with them, AND, it turns out to be my BIGGEST mistake. apparently, they wanted to buy a new car, [that is something they have been considering like since last year, please take note of that] and naturally, i assumed that they had already decided to buy the car. but no, i had to spend three hours plus close to four at the place while they decide whether to buy or not. they did, in the end, of course. =.= it is a super ugly car. no, correction: the colour of the car is totally awful, disgusting to the point that i wanted to burst into tears on the spot and get down on my knees and asked my parents to buy a nicer car. well, it's either GOLD, or purplish blue[nearing that colour] mixed in gray. =.= they chose the second colour. and i hate it. when the car comes, i swear i will take the keys of that car and go for a spin in the middle of the night and crash that car somewhere.

time to update my blog. =.= well, letsee, wow, valentines's day. *draws circles on the floor* why am i home so early today? poor me. tsk tsk. X) haha, went to play pool with sally today. and i just realised my skills got very rusty after a long break from that sport. =.= i got very lucky with the black and white balls. both keep going in, but not the coloured balls. wow.
anyways, i had so much fun this week in school. WOWEE. orientation. SO FUN. i totally enjoyed the three-day orientation. =.= i only took part in the dance, but when it came to the games, *poof* i didn't run away actually, but it so happens that everytime when there is games, i got so overly-excited and then i got a stomachache. so i took one hour in the toilet doing what i am supposed to do, then realised i got stuck, and i took another three to four hours trying to get out. and when i managed to free myself, the games were already over. AWWW, i was so sad. so i got no mood to join into the songs and cheers. i went to a corner and start drawing circles. so there goes the three-day orientation. aww, *sob*

hmm, went to celebrate my sister's birthday today. it was an early celebration. yup, anyways, i took my sister out to choose her birthday cake. =.=, we went round and round lot 1 , searching for the perfect cake for her, well, maybe its the few variety of cakes they have in lot one, letsee, four leaves, bengawan solo, prima deli and that polar shop, oh no, maybe it's just that my sister is picky. finally, i draggged her out to the bakery shop located near the mrt station, and she settled with the chocolate fudge cake. right, and guess what she got for her birthday, yup, that orange thing. well, *looks guiltily* that thing is sitting on my lap now. haha X) i wanted to a smaller version of that since last year, but well, looking at all the tragic endings of all my small soft toys, =.= [somehow, i always managed to drop them all over the streets] i decided that i should not buy any smaller dolls. note to self: i should stop obsessing with orange things. *hands doll over back to sister* :D

whoots, incredible tales is starting. freky freaky freaky :D wow, today's one is real freaky. =.=

HAPPY CHINESE NEW YEAR TO EVERYONE!! :D first day of the chinese new year. letsee, i went out today, =.= went to some temple to pray. i didn't pray, but i just went there to see because they have some real life cows there. there was one really big one there. Oo and surprisingly, i could see all the bones jutting out of their body. =.= hmm, are they supposed to be like that? anyways, i took some pictures of them, so i am going to put their pictures up later. maybe, if i am hardworking enough to load the pictures up into the computer. =.=
when i reached home, i turned on the television hoping that there will be good shows on this year. apparently, this year is the same as last year and all the previous years. even on chinese new year, they will always put all the same old movies on. how many times i have watched the same old movies during chinese new year, even i can't remember. it's the same old stephen chow movies that was filmed probably when i was not even borned. =.= maybe i should just resign to my fate and go rent a couple of movies to watch instead. :D let me focus on some happier things instead. apparently, my parents were rather influenced by a old movie showing, don't need to guess, the whole story revolves around mahjong. and "poof" suddenly the mahjong set that was stuffed in some corner of the house eating dust appeared on the table. sorry peeps, i am going off to learn mahjong already. :D

second post of the year. :D on chinese new year's eve. well, i went to my grandma's house to eat lunch today. after i came home, i immediately fell asleep. =.= i slept till evening time, by then, my relatives came over and well, they were all eating steamboat already. Oo aww man, they never waited for me, darn. nah, scratch that, the truth is i didnt want to eat with them. =.= don't ask me why, i am a nice girl and therefore i shall not say bad things about them even though they really suck. :D so i ended up eating instant noodles instead. =.= but i wanna eat steamboat...well, actually, i just want to throw food into that big-electric-dunno-what-is-that-thing and watch it cook and bubble. just like a witch making a potion. heehee *cackles* and imagine what the soup will taste like if you throw everything inside.
anyways, apparently today was not a really good day for some people because, well, while we were preparing to go to my grandma's house, there were shouting voices coming out from some flat below ours. it was pretty loud, and it seems that we can see all the drama going on through our window. =.= and they didn't close the window when they quarreled. so i get to watch a free show. :] but nah, it's boring. just a group of people quarrelling, and i was hoping to see a real-life drama, like say, the guy really lost his temper and grab a chopper in a fit of uncontrolled anger and start hacking people or maybe since the window of their house is open, the woman decided to jump. =.= well, that's something to look forward to for tomorrow. X) darn, and i am supposed to say auspicious things during chinese new year. =.= nevermind, there is always next year, i will try to say something nice next year.

wowee, 2009 is here again, that's fast. new year in school, it wasn't bad. the kairos programme was pretty slack. i mean when there is talks in the morning, isn't that wonderful? motivational talks like every morning, wow, i feel so motivated to do well. of course, there are academic lessons in the afternoon, well, at least my days in school was not spend in vain closing my eyes and visualizing a beach or doing reflection, reflections and more reflections. come to think of it, retaining is not so bad after all. =.= self-consolation? maybe. other than the dismay of having to re-learn my literature texts, darn, i wanted to do othello and dunno-what's the other-text-called so badly, it sounded fun. but well, this year, our literature texts would be about relationships, modern women and maybe modern men, so yeah, it didn't sound so bad. :] the rest of the subjects were pretty much the same, economics, mathematics which are mostly based on memorising, understanding and practice. well, as long as i pull up my socks this year *looks at my socks* poor socks... anyways, i guess i can fare better. Oo *prays*
ANYWAYS, chinese new year is coming. geez, i haven't bought any new year clothes this year. :X yesh, apparently, my parents decided that i was spending a hell lot of money so well, =.= dun blame me if i wear my keller shirt and pe shorts to go visiting. :D yesh, and i am so wearing my dad's slippers there too, forget about my shoes, i am going casual.
