I am pissed off. In fact, I am VERY pissed off. Well, apparently, some teacher actually sent me a message meant for other teacher. I wouldn't be very pissed off, except that the message is about me and another student. I will post a photo of the message up. I know that some teachers do say bad things about students sometimes, and I don't really care. But why should he send a message based on his assumptions which is not really true? Don't give me the bullshit that "Oh, I am the teacher, I know best" kind of things please. I don't take this shit. Even teachers make mistakes too. And what he is doing is obviously unprofessional, like seriously, trying to plant a preconceived impression about a student into another teacher who doesn't really know us. Is this the right thing to do? Like what the hell right does he have to say I have no interest in chemistry. Fine, maybe it is not exactly my top priority. How the hell does he know that the other student is bochap and does not care about A levels. Please get your facts right before you decide to shoot your mouth off. THE BEST THING WAS THAT THE OTHER TEACHER DID NOT EVEN ASK FOR HIS OPINION, WHICH MAKES HIS POINT EVEN MORE REDUNDANT THAN IT IS, AND HE JUST ASSUMED THAT THE OTHER TEACHER IS DYING TO KNOW ABOUT US. ASSUMPTIONS ASSUMPTIONS ASSUMPTIONS. DON'T ASSUME ANYTHING IF YOU KNOW NOTHING. YARH, I AM TYPING IN CAPS COS I AM VERY PISSED OFF. I WANTED TO CONFRONT HIM, ACTUALLY, THEN AGAIN, I DECIDED, SAVE THE MOST EXCITING, CLIMATIC, DRAMATIC PART TO THE LAST. WELL, HE BETTER WATCH OUT AFTER MY A LEVEL CHEMISTRY EXAM, IF HE EVER CROSS MY PATH AFTER THAT, I PROMISE, I WILL ENSURE A REALLY NICE SCENE FOR HIM. ACTUALLY NO, I WILL LOOK FOR HIM PERSONALLY AND TELL HIM ABOUT THE WONDERFUL MESSAGE I RECEIVED. SEE WHAT HE GOT TO SAY. MY MOUTH IS ITCHING ALREADY FROM WHAT I AM GOING TO THROW AT HIM AT THE END. AND THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME ALREADY. THE OTHER TIME, I WAS DOWN FOR CHEMISTRY COE. I WENT. PLEASE NOTE. I WENT. AND THE NEXT MORNING? GUESS WHAT HE SAID? HE SENT ME A MESSAGE SAYING "Hi, i don't see you at COE. Yet you signed your attendance. That is not good!" SEE WHAT I MEAN? ASSUMPTIONS ASSUMPTIONS ASSUMPTIONS. WHY CAN'T HE JUST GET HIS BLOODY FACTS RIGHT? IS THAT SO DIFFICULT? YARH, ACTUALLY I FORGOT ABOUT THAT INCIDENT ALREADY. BUT WELL, I JUST REMEMBERED. OH YARH, SINCE I AM A SCORPIO, AND SCORPIOS ARE SUPPOSEDFLY VENGEFUL PEOPLE *snickers* I AM NOT GOING TO FORGET THIS IN A HURRY. HE BETTER START THINKING OF A GOOD EXPLANATION NOW. LIKE SERIOUSLY, NOW.
THIS IS THE MESSAGE THAT HE SENT. CREDITS TO ZHIYU FOR HELPING ME TAKE THE PICTURE. :D
The phone numbers and the name of the other student was blurred out too, cos, well, I am giving the other student his privacy, and I'm not sure if he received the message as well.

Wow. Ok, so I do still remember that I have a blog account after all, after like near a year or maybe less than that. Can't remember the exact time when I last updated. That's the thing I love about blogs, it never really dies. Well, it's been a few days after my preliminary exams ended. don't ask me how it went. I studied for it, but well, i have to admit some subjects were kind of neglected, so... cross my fingers and hope to pass! At least let me scrape through with an E, if better, may a D although I'm not sure if i can get it. But heck, I shall put in 201% of hard work from this time till A levels [after today].
Enough about studies.
I had a well, rather fun day today. apparently, I thought my parents weren't going to work today since they had to pick up relatives from the airport who are returning from China[?] i think today. Tsk, why can't they just take a cab. It's okay if it's once, but apparently, they go china like at least twice if not thrice a year, which means my dad have to send them to and fro at least 6 times a year. My dad isn't a chauffeur. Maybe i should persuade my mum to drive, then see if they still want my parents to send them. *snickers* But heck, it's not a bitching session about them anyway. So, since my parents went to work, and I didn't want to tell Zhiyu that I can actually go out and mug cos it seemed so last-minute, [later she say I am fickle-minded Oo]. Okay fine, those are excuses, maybe I was just plain lazy. But anyway, I got up near noon-time, and since it was time for lunch, I decided to eat ban mian. ;D I like the ban mian in lot 1, just fell in love with it recently. And my dear sister just refused to hurry, and then when we reached lot 1, the food junction was already really crowded. So, we were really glad when this elderly woman decided to leave, and we just stood waiting for her to slowly leave. Yarh, and my sister and I were just standing like 2-3 steps away from the table, and when she left, we were about to walk towards the table and this wonderful woman actually scampered up to the table[like a mouse]. Oo ok, i should have done something right, but i was staring at her in shock. Did I mention she ran to the table like a mouse? Oh yarh, I did. and if I remember correctly, she was wearing shoes with slight heels too. Damn, I shouldn't have kept staring at the ban mian stall. best thing? She was around my age or maybe slightly older only, and her boyfriend was tagging along behind. Actually, i would have laughed if I see the two of them scampering to the table together. well, I was still shocked, actually, kinda amused as well. My sister was grumbling and I just walked away. Well, since she was so desperate in getting the seat, I guess I should do a good deed right? But yarh, having a seat grabbed right under your nose doesn't really feel good. =.= The woman was lucky that she was back-facing me, so I couldn't stare at her, but her boyfriend was facing us, and he conveniently was looking away. =.= Well, this is a lesson learnt, must be faster next time, and right now, I am learning how to scamper like a mouse too.
After lunch, my sister requested that we go Westmall, cos there is this small shop called ''Creative Art'' there. And she wanted to go there. Well, she chose this huge $8 picture so we share share colour the picture. It was a picture of a rabbit and a frog, my sister was nice enough to let me colour the rabbit [cos I paid for it] and she did the frog instead. Ok, fine, the frog was cute too okay. We were happily doing, then this little pair of sisters sat opposite us. They were really cute. The elder one was so serious, and her art work was damn nice too. The little sister was cute too, in a different way. Haha. she kinda messed up her piece, and was losing interest in hers, and spend most of her time trying to ''teach'' her elder sister how to colour the picture, and just nice their daddy suddenly popped out of nowhere. Then at first the daddy tried to help the younger one [they were doing it (ok, sounds wrong, I was referring to the picture) together], then somehow the daddy ended up doing the work and that little girl just keep on talking. Then I think the daddy got exasperated and asked her "so, you doing the picture or I doing?" Ok, I was trying not to laugh okay, cos it was really funny. They are a really cute family.

This is the picture we chose. The bunny and the froggy. ;D

I finished my bunny. That's my sister doing the froggy.

I love the bunny's polkadot dress. ;D
Nevermind my sister's big head.

The end product. I love the dress. ;D and the pink dots on the bunny's face. Don't ask me about the hands and the shoes of the bunny and the frog. ._. People make mistakes too.

Let's see, today is the start of my work shadowing at CDAC. So, I left my house quite early, well, but it so happens to be the rush hour where everyone is rushing to work and everything is rush rush rush. I had a hard time squeezing into the MRT. =.= So, I was still late, in fact, thirty minutes late. When I got there, the whole place was like deserted. Amazing. And I had thought I had come on a Sunday morning. Anyways, I managed to find my way to the office, through the help of a cleaning auntie. Well, if you see someone loitering around the place, whether they are cute or not, you are bound to get suspicious right. ;D So, I got there, safe and sound on the first day. Well, next is the allocated work we were told to do. Adminstrative work, where we are supposed to process the application forms of students applying for tuition. So, naturally, we spent the entire day sorting out the forms. =.= It's not so easy. It requires the utmost concentration and focus, the eye for all the minor details that might be slipped out, which of course, I don't think I have any of these qualities. And of course, we have to call those who did not fill in the application forms correctly. That's when I realised that my chinese has gotten suckier than ever. =.= I REALLY hate the phonecall part. I can't even translate the things properly and I was like " Eh, I don't know". Plus the people asked so many questions that I can't answer, I was like so tempted to tell them "Sorry, can you just answer my questions, and don't ask any questions." Nice. If CDAC receives a call complaining of poor phone services, I guess I won't be so surprised. It's a mundane job, I guess adminstrative work isn't exactly my field. I can't stand being stuck in the air-con office processing forms, handling calls.

Well, know what we did today? Guess a million times, you wouldn't even get it right. Today is the day we get in touch with our artistic side. We did something called the "Rangoli". It's an indian art where the Indians used it to. letsee, welcome the goddess of wealth and ward off evil. Seen those colourful designs on the floor before? Yup, and so today we are doing it. First, we started off with individual work where we got our own design each and then we put some coloured rice and sand onto the design we chose. Well, I took a really, pretty design. and guess what, I couldn't get anything onto the paper. ;D but I got my fingers coloured with the fine sand. So I gave up, you know, well, beginners should start with a really simple one right, I chose a really simple design and start getting to work. Then I poured too much rice out, and then I make another mess by mixing some coloured rice with another colour. So I spent most of the time separating the coloured rice from one another. I am not joking about it. =.= somehow, after this, I feel more like a chicken pecking at rice grains rather than an artist. well, we got groupwork, which wasn't bad since it was a group. so I just flattened and spread out the rice. :D then after that we played with the candles. ooh, I saw Noella dipping the petals in the candle, then the wax hardens onto the petals. So pretty, and it looks fun, so I followed suit,. Whoots, like those Meiji biscuits, you dipped the stick biscuit into the strawberry cream. haha. :D

I know I haven't been updating my blog properly, I have been pretty busy. Yarh, very busy. very very busy, extremely busy. Anyways, my promotion papers are finally over. Wait, it has been over for a long time. I even got the results back already. =.= ooops. Anyways, I think I did pretty decent enough. I passed all my H2 subjects, scrapping pass with an E. I passed my general paper too, and I got a sub-pass for my H1 chemistry. Not bad. I have been studying, yarh, really. *nods head vigorously*, But well, the main point today is my complain. Well, apparently, I had CIP on the 25 and 26 october I think. It was a saturday and sunday. nevermind. so my attention was caught by a decent looking guy. *fangirl screams* wow. really. so today, according to Zhiyu, his picture was on facebook. you know, like I don't have a facebook account. =.= if anybody dares to laugh, I will skewer that person. SOO, in my excitement, I actually went and create a facebook account. HAHAHAHA... =.= and i just wasted my time. apparently on closer look, he wasn't that good looking that I actually thought him to be. I think when I went for my CIP, I was really deprived of food and sleep and adequate rest plus my spectacles must be outdated, my degree must have went up and I don't know what else, maybe a bit deprived of good-looking guys too. Should I laugh at myself for making such a mistake, or should I wail because my taste just went down? yarh, and at this point, somebody, *clears throat* has to say the ultimate statement. well, apparently, some girl has to tell me she dreamt of talking to her eyecandy, then alot of things happen, then she dreamt of me [let me quote her]
"riding a mini tricycle that a three year old ride". wow. I think I gonna roll on the floor and cry soon. Really. tricycle of all things. =.= a bicycle sounds cooler.

know what's the day today? :D yesh, finally, i can get a breather again. whew, the weekend is here again for me to rest my battered and bruised mind. Oo, i sound like i just came back from a war. well, but i am darn sure war is not as tiring as school. for some reason, i see my homework piling up to be a mountain. ._. it just keeps coming in. i need more than twenty-four hours now.
AND, i lost my ez-link card. ._. i am so careless. i have been leaving my things all over the choa chu kang area. at the rate i am going, maybe tomorrow, i gonna drop my head right in the middle of the road and i won't even know i lost my head. darn, i need to be more careful.
great, i am just too tired to blog. huiqi is so lazy, tsk.

Friday, February 20, 2009

finally, it's friday!! And the long-awaited weekend is finally coming. :D i am so tired, actually, by the time wednesday was here, i was already half-dead, and even though i went to sleep like as early as like 9+pm, i could barely open my eyes when my alarm sounded. =.= i need to find some energy booster. hmm, maybe chocolates might help.
actually, nothing happened much during the week, except the fact i got crazy over the rally 3D game in my phone. i finally managed to unlock another car. and now i am going to unlock the last car. :D

*yawns*
